Air conveyor line audit

Blockages on air conveyors are a scourge: how can they be remedied?

Air conveyors, if misused or poorly maintained, can lead to serious productivity losses. It can also be a source of irritation for line operators.

With over 20 years' experience in air conveyors. ACCS Europe offers its customers a personalized line audit. The aim is to analyze in detail the sources of yield losses and propose solutions to remedy them.

How does a line audit work? Based on a pre-established contract, ACCS Europe carries out a complete diagnosis of the air conveyor installations on a typical production day. Based on observation during 7 hours of production, a technician will first take a reading of the bottle flow. He will note the points of blockage, the frequency of incidents, and the reaction time of operators to intervene. He will then go into greater detail, analyzing the conveyor's mechanical structure. He'll note any faults or maladjustments. Finally, he will analyze the automation process and speed management, observing the filling phases of the line.

At the end of the observation day, an initial discussion takes place with the customer to share observations.

A written report will then be drawn up in the office and sent to the customer. The customer will be provided with all the technical information needed to understand the source of the problem.

Finally, ACCS will propose several areas for improvement to help customers improve their line operation and reduce the number of blockages.
